Some special notes for anybody attempting to
view the PDF files you may find on this site.

If you are using
Windows XP and have all the up-to-date security downloads installed
you may no longer be able to read PDF files in your browser

Instead of being
able to see the page as intended you will have only a small icon in
the top left-hand corner of the page.

The only
work-around available from Microsoft is to ..

Go back to
the page where the link to the PDF file failed to work.

Right-Click
on the link and select Save Target As to save the file on
your computer
-
Double-Click the saved file and it will open in Acrobat Reader
