1.     After Mass on Ascension Day
        an “ordinary” contribution to help the work of
        Mission Together

Children from St Vincent de Paul Primary School, Becontree in Essex,
presented a cheque for Ł380 to their Parish Priest, Fr John McCollough who is
Brentwood Diocesan Director for Mission Together.

2. A 'special' contribution for the Tsunami Appeal

Dear Mission Together,

We held a car wash in our church to raise money for Mission Together and CAFOD Tsunami appeal.

We do not have a school at the moment but we heard from other people in the Church about your work.

We hope the money will help.

We managed to wash seventeen cars and raised Ł63.55.
